Improving Arts Academy was founded and established in December of 2019 by founders Augusto and John Michael Gil. It is the purpose of the instructional studio to instruct and support musicians through their learning journey using appropriate pedagogical methods and well-founded techniques that have been instilled by learning at a higher institution. Our goal is to meet the needs of students in their current progress level and see them reach goals in a method that is meaningful, measurable, and timely.

We recognize progress will look different for every student, but it is the studio’s mission to see students’ passions turned into success and that success turn into a legacy for both students and the studio.

It is the belief of Improving Arts Academy that art and music should be accessible to all.
